SCRUM MASTER:
Identify, gather and prepare business requirements throughout the development process. Conduct gap analysis to ensure the compatibility of existing software functionalities with new business requirements. Lead and Deliver Agile projects by planning, executing Agile Release Train on multiple projects that includes Agile Ceremonies. Resourcing & creating environment bringing cross functional business working groups together that are contributing towards Release Train. Coach & Support the Product Owner in defining, refining and re-prioritizing the backlog and preparation of sprint goals that aligns with Project timelines. Create test plans, test cases and procedures to initiate the automated testing. Skills required: Agile Methodologies, Scrum, Kanban, Kaizen, Java, Snowflake, Jenkins, Rally, SharePoint, and GitHub. Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Management or Engineering (any) along with sixty (60) months of experience in job offered or related occupation is required.
